Pick a card

Pick a card(s) of your liking

Select a size

Select the size you want to customize.  Currently we only offer two(2) sizes

  1. 5 x 7
  2. 5.5 x 8.5


Select a option

Based on the the card(s) you select an option button will show.  Once you select an option the front card linked to that option will show on your screen.

Select a colour

Based on the card(s) you select, the option to choose a colour will be there.  The colour is only referring to the outside of the card

Upload images

To upload an image(s) there is an upload button on the right.  Once you click it, it will give you the options to select where you want your image(s) to come from.  Whether it be from your phone, Facebook or Instagram.

How to add a message?

A text box is provided for you to add your personal message on the inside of the card.

Can I leave inside of card blank?

We know at times you may want to hand write the message in the card(s) for yourself, therefore we made sure not to make it mandatory for a message be written. 

However for now even if you clear out all the words on each inside of the card a letter or symbol must be there.  So just add either, and in the note section (bottom left) of the checkout page just leave us a note that you want the inside of the card to be left blank.

Add to cart

Once you have finished making all your customization to the card there will an add to cart button on the bottom right of your screen.  There will be a message on the screen stating the product has been added to cart

Check out page

Once on the cart page it will give you a message to proceed to the check out page on this page you will give the shipping info, billing info


Once you order is placed you will get order confirmation email detailing all your order details and the different method of payment information

Processing time

Takes about 2-3 days to get your card(s) created and printed and ready for delivery once payment is confirmed.


We will generally notify you of the dispatch dates available and the expected time frame for receiving your order, which is usually within 5 days.

How to enter a promo/coupon code

Mobile Version

Your promo code goes in on your cart or checkout page.

1. Cart page scroll down on the page, you’ll see an area that says ” Coupon” with a text box saying “Coupon code”.

  • Click the “Coupon code” text.
  • Enter the code.
  • Hit the “Apply coupon” button.



2. Checkout page – on the top left section above billing details, you will see a text say “Have a coupon code? Click here to enter your code”

  • Click the “Click here to enter your code”
  • Enter the code
  • Hit the “APPLY COUPON”






Desktop Version

Your promo code goes in on your cart or checkout page.

Uploading Image(s)

Please upload the best quality image(s) you have, as your card will be printed based on the quality of the image(s).  We would to love make your image(s) better quality, however its what you send in will be printed 🙂

Technical tips:

  • JPEGs are the best file type to use
  • Photos are the best quality at 900 pixels x 900 pixels
Order status

You will receive several email notifications updating you on your order status. 

In the meantime here is what will happened:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order.
  2. If you did not receive an email, please reach out to us via email at
  3. The order confirmation email will show you all the details about your order and the details on how to make your payment for the order.
  4. Your order will be on hold until your payment has been confirmed and accept.  Once payment is confirmed you should receive another email 
  5. We have a 2 business day lead time to print and package your custom printed order. 
  6. You will receive a final email informing you of the completion of your order and this will include the tracking information 🙂

Receipt/Confirmation of order

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email showing the specifications of your Greeting Yuh ordered as well as the receipt of your payment.  If for some reason you can’t locate this email, shoot us an email at and we will be more than happy to resend it to you!

Editing/Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible! at  If your order has already gone to print, it may be too late, but please let us know!

What form of payments do we accept?
  1. We accept debit and credit payments

How to make payment

In the confirmation email will include the bank transfer details and also the payment link to pay by debit debit/credit cards.

  1. Bank transfer – The details of the bank account, the type of account, the branch for the account will be there.
  2. Visa debit/Credit card – To pay using your visa/credit card there will be a payment link in the email.  Once you click the link it will take you to a secure page where you will fill in:
    1. The amount you are to pay
    2. Your billing info
    3. Your card details


N.B.  Please remember to add your order number in the note section of either your bank transfer or the payment link for the visa debit/credit card.  Without the order number we will not proceed with your order, as we will not know who the payment is from and what order it is for.

The order number can be found in the first line of the order confirmation email and it follows the number sign (#)  or it can be found in your My Account tab under Orders


How long does it take for my payment to be cleared

It all depends on your bank and the method of payment you chose.  Usually it will take one-two (1-2) business day(s) to be cleared and accepted in our account.  

Why was my payment declined?

Uh oh. If you’re 100% sure that you typed everything correct, please check that:

  • Your card is not expired
  • Your billing address is the same as the one associated with your debit/credit card

It’s also possible that your card issuer declined your payment to us (they don’t share this with us) so you may want to contact them or try another card! if there is anything we can help with please let us know at

We deliver to all 14 parishes.

Delivery is sent from Kingston.

Tracking info isn't working

We’re sorry about that.  However sometimes it takes an extra day or two for the carrier to register your delivery status.  If nothing has changed after 48 hours, please reach out to us via and we’ll work some magic :).

Delivery notification

Delivery notifications are generated when your package is ready to be sent out to the recipient. Your delivery notification will be sent two business days after your order is placed and it’s processed for delivery.  

The tracking information included in the delivery email may take a couple of days to update.

If you placed an order more than two business days ago and you still haven’t received a delivery notification, shoot us an email to and we’ll get you taken care of 🙂

What if I need to change my delivery address?

If your order hasn’t been sent off for delivery, just send us an email at and we will update the info for you.  However if your order has already been sent off, then unfortunately you will have to order again :(.

Who sent me the card?

Usually our customers will add their names to their orders however if this has been omitted then please do contact us at

At Greeting Yuh we take Data Protection very seriously so if there name has been omitted, we will be unable to divulge customer account information without their direct permission.  However we can contact them and ask them to reveal them-self to you.  .

If you feel the content of the card is offensive then please don’t hesitate to report it to the Police, who will contact us directly to resolve this for you!

Can I send the card to myself?

Yes ofcourse, your card(s) can be sent to yourself, if that’s what you want :).
